ENRICHING EXPERIENCES

Our co-curricular programme is varied, exciting and inclusive with 100+ activities on offer each week. Music, drama, sport and STEM are thriving areas and students of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to get involved.

Students can join a range of performances, ensembles and sports teams, where team spirit and a familial sense of community flourish.

An extraordinary array of clubs and opportunities are on offer. For many, the activities explored at school form the beginning of a life-long passion, and we aim to facilitate all interests, whether they are drawn to coding or MUN, pilates or engineering. From embracing their creativity in the art studio to finding their voice in debating, all students are supported to discover and nourish their potential.

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award is extremely popular, with almost all Year 9 taking Bronze. Many progress through Silver and on to Gold in the Lower Sixth. The Award provides a framework of balanced, non-competitive activities within and outside the School community leading to an award highly regarded by universities and employers. We recognise the enrichment value and life experience that trips offer our students, not least through new challenges, the development of friendships and the creation of memories. A range of trips are available from day trips to overseas expeditions and visits. For further details on our range of adventures beyond the classroom follow the link below.
